At just 18 years old, Kaitlyn Nicole is carving out a sound that feels both timeless and unmistakably new. With a visual world inspired by the charm of 1960s ingénues (think windswept hair, eyeliner flicks, and a closet full of mini dresses), a sound charged with the electricity of modern pop rock, and a silk-smooth voice that blends vulnerability with edge, Kaitlyn creates music that lingers like a memory.

Raised on the East Coast of Canada, she began singing before she could speak, and has been doing it ever since. Her songwriting is intimate, yet cinematic: a mix of raw emotion, nostalgic flair, and modern punch. Her influences ranging from Françoise Hardy and Mina to contemporary acts like Wolf Alice and Lana Del Rey, Kaitlyn merges retro elegance with a bold, youthful edge.

 

She released her debut EP in July 2021, featuring four singles and two unreleased tracks, amassing nearly 20,000 streams on Spotify. Her second EP, “Baby’s First Breakdown” is currently in the works.
